Come to our Coding Christmas Party!

Updated: Nov 11, 2019

Starting at 4pm we will be setting a festive-themed challenge. We will provide a simple coding guide to ensure everyone can take part in regardless of age and ability.

We are delighted that our confirmed judges are Elizabeth Williams who manages Content Security at The Walt Disney Company and Stefan Hajnoczi an open-source developer at Red Hat (as welll as a guitarist and Haribo connoisseur) .

The prize categories will be announced on the day. We will ask you to get into teams of 2-6 people ideally with someone you have not coded with before !

If you can provide kit please get in contact.

Bring your lap top, any crafts, components and friends. We shall have WiFi (but bring bandwidth), BBC micro:bits, Christmas decorations and people on hand to help guide you. While our judges are doing their thing we shall have snacks and singing to keep us in the Christmas spirit.

The event finishes at 7.30pm.

Free and open to all!
