Welcome to

Kentish Town Community Centre's

Older People's Project

The Older People's Project is designed for individuals over the age of 60 and offers a variety of activities, as well as place just to pop in for a cup of tea or coffee.

This project is supported by Ageing Better in Camden, The Community Fund and City Bridge Trust.

In light of the Coronavirus  we have had to change the way we do things. We are no longer able to host our  amazing Saturday Lunch clubs, but we are looking at different ways to provide fun and exciting services for our members

We are phoning round our older people to check they are okay. Our first batch of  'Happiness Parcels' went out to all the 107 Older People who are part of our OPP on 8th April. Since then we have regularly sent newsletters and chocolate) to our members. We have also recently surveyed our members to see what activites they'd like to see when we are able to meet again.

We are producing frequent  newsletters for our community, sharing updates and acts of kindness.Click here to view our first newsletter and click here for our second newsletter and click here for our third newsletter. WE are able to post the news letters out to our members who prefer printed copies

We are still offering legal advice remotely, through phone calls with our legal adviser. We hope to provide debt advice in the near future. Email to make a booking.

Our Food Pantry is open. Our office is open Monday-Friday 10am-2pm if you'd like to take or donate to our pantry. Please call before you come and see us: 0207 482 3212

Our amazing archive!

Since our project began in 2019 we have delivered over 50 innovative sessions from Scottish Music to Latin Dance, from cord-making to Cake and Karaoke. Click on the link below to find out more
