Parking is prohibited outside the centre on weekdays.

The nearest parking is available at the NCP carpark on Caversham Road or by the Rose and Crown pub, 71-73 Torriano Ave. Both are within five minutes walking distance from the Centre.

If you are hiring a space at KTCC we are usually able to provide a parking permit for our reserved space in Torriano parking bay.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. There is no charge for cancellations.

We recommend that hirers include any set up time into the duration of their booking.

All of our rooms offer free WiFi.

As we are a small staff we are NOT usually able to set up rooms for hirers. Please factor any set up time into the duration of your booking.

We do not currently offer a catering service, but guests are welcome to make use of our free supplies and facilities to make tea and coffee. We have two kettles and around 60 mugs in our kitchen. A tea urn is also available on request.

We do not currently offer discounts to local residents for one-off hires. We offer a number of FREE classes and events for local residents (see website for details)

There is no deposit required to secure bookings.

We require full payment a week in advance of the booking.

For parties and private weekend hire we require a deposit of £100 to cover any damages to the room or over-running of events. Deposits are returned by bank transfer within 10 days.
