an innovative approach to eating on a budget

Free Meal Kits!

We have created meal kits from tasty low cost items.

We provide all the ingredients and instructions to prepare a delicious meal for two or four at home.

​

We will shortly be creating videos for

people who are not confident in the kitchen 

​

The kits are free of charge, there are no forms to fill, no questions asked.

All you need to do is drop us a line and we will be more than happy to arrange a collection or delivery.
