YOGABeginners yoga on Tuesdays 10.30am - 12pm. Donations welcome. Healthy BonesGentle exercise for the over 50s followed by tea and socialising. £1 per class PilatesA series of stretching and conditioning exercises to strengthen your body's core strength and posture. £6 per class Stretch and Tone Women-only exercise classes with a female instructor and free crèche.
